National Level Trainers Camp in IAM, Amrita Yoga and AYUDH

A National Level Trainers Camp for the Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) Technique, Amrita Yoga, and Amrita Yuva Dharma Dhara, AYUDH, was organized in Amritapuri from the 25th of December, 2015 to the 31st of December, 2015. Trainers from all across the country participated in the camp with enthusiasm. NEW DELHI: The Smriti Irani led Human Resource Development (HRD) ministry has set up a Committee on Yoga Education in Universities headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Yoga guru Prof. H.R. Nagendra, Chancellor, Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana, Samsthana, Bengaluru. The Committee will identify Yoga courses to offer and the syllabus for conducting NET in Yogic Art and Science. The first Amrita Yoga Retreat for 12 to 15-year-olds was the final in a series of three consecutive retreats that started on the New Year 2016.
