Maitri from France

“This course helped me understand how to take good care of my spine and body. It helped me realize that the body is the temple we must look after in order to progress on the spiritual path. The explanations were very clear and precise, especially for the breathing and postures. It is a great help to go on with yoga without hurting oneself and knowing how to protect the spine.” – Maitri, Age 61
