Amma recommends at least 15 minutes of daily yoga practice to balance our life and well-being.
If not otherwise specified, our yoga classes, retreats, and workshops are open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
You will be given the space to deepen your awareness. Your yogasana practices are meant to nurture your body to provide support and a pathway to balance your emotions, free your mind, and access your spiritual well-being.
We offer Amrita Yoga retreats and workshops in India and numerous countries across the globe every year. These are taught by certified Amrita Yoga teachers at Amma centers and other retreat venues.
Amrita Yoga offers yoga programs for the young of all ages, including kids (aged 3 to 7), pre-teens (aged 8 to 12), teens (aged 13 to 17), and young adults (aged 18 to 25).
We offer programs tailored for companies of any size. They are arranged and led by thoroughly trained and certified Amrita Yoga teachers.

Within India, we offer retreats and workshops for visitors and residents at Amritapuri. Currently, we offer yoga retreats and yoga sadhana retreats during August, September, and December through to March* every year (*depending on Amma’s tour schedule).
We also offer daily asana classes throughout the year. Our daily classes are on a drop-in basis and open for all levels of experience, including beginners.
