Workshop Features

The first class will focus on beginners (practitioners in their first year of classes), and the upcoming classes will progress to experienced beginner instruction and reach intermediate instruction and practice. The classes later in the workshop will challenge those with a regular and ongoing practice of two or more years but will also give modifications and space for beginning students.

What is ARISE?

The retreat will explore the pancha prana vayus or the five vital airs: prana, apana, samana, vyana, and udana. The focus of the hatha yoga on pancha prana vayus supports leading a balanced, harmonious life, optimizing the functioning of these energy centers, and uplifting our health and wellbeing.
