This is ideal for first time practitioners and beginners in their first year of practice.

3-Day Yoga Sadhana Retreat Features
It introduces Amrita Yoga as a sadhana routine with the unique tools, basic asanas, use of breath, and synchronizing mantras, thus creating a safe, nurturing and empowering experience.

Emphasis
Emphasis is on the foundation of traditional asana and pranayama practices.

Asanas, Meditation, Yoga Talks
5 asana sessions, 3 meditation sessions and 2 yoga talks based on a holistic approach to yoga.

Handout Sequence
On completion of the retreat, participants will be familiar with ‘Bala Namaskarah’, a heart-centered simple daily practice sequence.

“Having attended Kundalini Yoga classes 20 years ago for some time, I practiced some Hatha yoga asanas for myself during the last years. Before traveling to India, I thought it would be a good idea to join a yoga classes at Amma’s ashram and learn yoga in an authentic way.
